Location: HUB Lyceum
A reception will follow the ceremony.
RSVP (Required for Graduating Students)
Graduating students must complete the RSVP form in order to participate in the ceremony.
Deadline: Sunday, May 17 at 11:59 p.m.

- Your name as it should appear in the program
- Degree information
- Guest count
- Any accommodations
- Optional slideshow/playlist materials
Guests
Friends and family are welcome to attend.
There are no strict guest limits, but we ask that you indicate your expected number of guests in the RSVP form.
Tickets
This is not a ticketed event.
Accommodations
If you or your guests require accommodations beyond seating (such as ASL interpretation), please email Disability Resources for Students (uwdrs@uw.edu) as soon as possible (no later than May 28), and copy gwss@uw.edu so we can help coordinate.
Apparel
GWSS does not require commencement attire for this celebration, although many students choose to wear it.
Parking
Parking permits must be purchased in advance through the UW Commencement order form. Gatehouses will not issue permits during finals week.
You may purchase parking through this form even if you are not attending UW Commencement or ordering graduation apparel.
The closest parking to the HUB Lyceum is the Padelford Parking Garage (Lots N16, N18, N20, N21).

If you plan to attend the UW Commencement Ceremony, you must register separately.
