Next Steps for graduate students offered admission to the Ph.D. Program in Feminist Studies

1.     Accepting Admission

After you have made your decision about the offer of admission to the Ph.D. Program in Feminist Studies in the Department of Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies, return to the Online Application for Admission (also called the Application for Graduate Study), log in with your email address and password. View the status page and indicate your decision.

Once you accept the offer of admission, you will immediately see information about next steps, including how to setup your UW NetID, how to send official transcripts to the Graduate School, and how to respond to the Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) request from the Registrar’s Office.

International students will find information about requesting a Visa application.

 2.     Enrollment Confirmation

Once you accept the offer and pay the enrollment deposit, you have successfully confirmed enrollment.  There is no physical packet that is mailed though you should expect to register when your Registration Period opens. Please see Registration at UW.

3.     Address Changes

For address changes, please return to your Online Application for Admission and look for the “Update Profile,” link in the top right corner of the application screen after log in.
