Examines historical and current legal structures affecting sex, gender, and sexuality. Topics include constitutional and statutory constructions of equality, discrimination, harassment, violence, marriage, divorce, parenting, and human and reproductive rights, as well as efforts to increase representation of women and gender diverse people.
