Submitted by Whitney Miller on

Are you planning to graduate this Spring? If so, below you will find important information for the Office of Ceremonies to help you prepare for the 2023 Commencement Ceremony in Husky Stadium, Saturday, June 10.

  1. Determine Your Eligibility:
  • Bachelor Candidates

Students who earned a degree in Summer 2022, Autumn 2022, or Winter 2023, or have applied to graduate with a departmental advisor for Spring 2023 or Summer 2023 are eligible. Once the application for graduation has been completed and received by the Office of Graduation and Academic Records, the student will then be eligible to complete the Commencement Registration/Order Form.

Honors (undergraduates only): If you qualify for College, Departmental, or Interdisciplinary Honors, please be sure your DARS accurately reflects this status by April 14, 2023. If you have questions, contact the Honors Program (211 Mary Gates Hall,, 206-543-7444).  If you are interested in learning about baccalaureate honors, visit the registrar’s Baccalaureate Honor GPA Requirements page.

  • Master’s and Doctoral Candidates
