The Department of Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies is pleased to confer admission to candidacy for a doctoral degree in feminist studies to GWSS graduate student, Christina Yuen Zi Chung.
"Her brilliantly written and defended essays traced genealogies of thought and situated her own proposed research within the fields of Postcolonial and Decolonial Studies; Sinophone Studies and Diaspora Studies; and Objects and/as Radical Historiography. She also successfully submitted her dissertation prospectus for a project title “At the Seams of the World: Gender, Decolonisation, and Contemporary Art in Hong Kong.”
