Ramon Johnson awarded the Clyde Taylor Award for Distinguished Work in African American and Africana Studies

GWSS graduate student, Ramon Johnson, was recently selected by New York University faculty to receive the Clyde Taylor Award for Distinguished Work in African American and Africana Studies for their M.A. thesis, Invisible No More. This award was established in honor of the contributions of Clyde Taylor, a cultural Historian and Professor Emeritus at New York University. The award will be presented to Ramon on May 19th at NYU. Congratulations for this outstanding achievement, Ramon!
